Sunrise Pranayama & Meditation

Winter sunrise sessions ONLINE

Tuesdays 7.15-8 am UK (fortnightly)

These sessions start with breathing exercises (pranayamas), followed by a guided meditation.

Pranayama techniques are taught progressively to build up a deeper experience. When practiced regularly, these exercises can dissolve emotional blocks and relieve mental tension, stress, and depression.

For each session attended, you will receive a recording for your own practice.

No previous experience is required. Regular attendance helps to learn each step of the techniques.

Please avoid eating before the practice.
